Diesel –Customer & Blogger Engagement:
One of the leading brands in India and worldwide for garments (especially denim), Diesel approached us with the concept of organizing a customer-engagement event in Pune. Diesel operates under “Reliance Brands” in India and we were honored to have received their invite. This corporate event was also focused on creating an engagement event for the top bloggers in the city.
As we received the event request, we set out to give our best efforts into the same. With help from professional designers and fabric painters, we created an aura of the Diesel clothing line through the display of customized denim. The customers were open to view the customized product range from Diesel wherein an F&B session was also organized to enhance the user engagement.
Fosters Frozen Nights:
This was one of our most eventful sessions wherein Fosters India (via their master event agency in Delhi) asked us to curate a series of club nights at various nightspots in Pune. We were selected to organize the crazy night events for the city party-lovers and it turned out to be a series of exciting events. With more than 70 such night events in Pune, we have many more to organize yet. We are sure that those in Pune will have a gala time attending our event at least once in the coming times. Racold –Andris PAN India Launch:
Racold Thermo –one of India’s largest brands for water heating wished to organize a product launch event for their product range –ANDRIS across the country. For organizing this mega event, we were selected among more than 8 event management agencies from India.
We made it a point to deliver our best efforts (as always) to organize this significant event across the nation. We traveled across the different parts of the nation within a span of 20 days. ANDRIS was launched successfully in Pune, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
Titan Sale Promotion:
Titan –a leading watch producing brand in India invited us to organize their sales & promotion event.The Titan annual sales promotion event was organized in Pune. It was more of an outdoor event which proved its effectiveness in every form. This was via our famous Trikke bike based promotional activity wherein we organized outdoor rides promoting the brand and its services to the common people. It was a huge success!
Reliance Jio –Activation Event:
Everyone knows about the massive success of Reliance Jio in the telecom industry. It was our honor and pride to organize an activation event for this telecom giant. It adds to the most recent mass outreach events organized by our experienced event management team.
Reliance JIO briefed us about the type of society activation they wished to execute. By taking into consideration every intricate detail, we started by conceptualization and then implemented the event with great success. A huge audience gathered during our Reliance Jio activation event wherein a fun drawing competition for kids was organized and other games were organized for the adults in the audience.
Renault & Skybags Exhibition Stalls:
We were approached by Trinity Entertainment from Mumbai to create a successful and a grand scale promotional event for Renault & Skybags in Pune. The exhibition stalls were put up at the Afrojack Pune concert. Here, we delivered our best efforts by setting up fabricated stalls to attract more audience. Our customer engagement strategies were successful and the event turned out to be a huge bang!
ZS Associates –MD Farewell Event:
It was the occasion of the farewell event for a leading company – ZS Associates. We were entrusted with the responsibility of organizing a spectacular farewell event for the MD of the company. We went on to display our expertise by keeping a color-coded event. The color code of the event evening was red & black. A special “red carpet” theme was also put up to add a touch of customization to the main event. The guests had a great time and they also clicked some amazing group photographs.
BNY Mellon Fun Soccer:
This was one of the most fun-filled events organized by our skilled team. It was the occasion of the annual soccer tournament for BNY Mellon India and we were supposed to make the event its eventful best. We left no stone unturned into making this one an enjoyable and fun-filled experience for the company staff and participants. Gundesha Family Engagement Ceremony:
Until now, all of our events were of the corporate industry. But, as a successful event planning & management company in Pune, we also excel in organizing the best personal events like weddings & engagement ceremonies. When we were approached by Mr. Dhiraj Gundesha for his engagement ceremony, we selected the Corinthians Lawn as the venue for the grand event.
The event turned out to be a visual treat for all the guests who attended the engagement ceremony. With an array of dance performances, aerial acts, TRON acts, and so more, the Bold Marketing team effectively managed the grandeur of the evening with ease.
Corinthians Members Night:
The Corinthians Club assigned us the mammoth task of organizing an entertainment session for their annual members’ night. With a series of 9 performances, the audience was kept engaged as they totally enjoyed themselves. From a sizzling fire dancer to a Ventriloquist (puppet show) along with some amazing Bollywood performances, the night was mesmerizing for the audience. With a mind-blowing performance by a Russian dancer as well as Farah Rockstars from Mumbai, it was an eventful night.
