Project Description
BNY Mellon India contracted us to host their 2014 Annual Function in Chennai as well as to host all the pre-event build up activities in Pune and Chennai.
It was a 60 day project that included various pre events and activities. The activities included creation of a Facebook timeline of the company’s progress over the past 10 years, various décor elements inside the office, a ply base number 10 to highlight the 10 year journey of the company placed in every cafeteria etc.
We ended the project with the grand Annual Function hosted at the Hilton in Chennai with over 800 attendees. A total of 4 performances were choreographed and a lot of effort was put into creating the right visual effects for the show.
