Samsung A7 Mobile Launch in 16 Cities
Samsung recently contracted us to exclusively conceptualize and manage the launch of their newest A7 series mobile phones at 16 different locations in the west zone of India. Once again we had a huge task at hand as we had to lock down 16 different hotels/locations and the lead time post confirmation was only 7 days!
The actual events took place between 1st October to 5th October 2018 and with this project we raised the bar in our own organization for operational excellence. Kudos to the entire operations and back-end team for putting up with such immense pressure.
Samsung CE Dealer Meet in 4 Cities
With Diwali just around the corner and loads of super deals and price changes that have been implemented by the company, it was time to inform the Samsung dealers about what was in store for them this season. What better than to have a fun evening mixed with performances, discussions, product training, games etc. at a beautiful location like Novotel Imagica at Khopoli!
A 3 day extravaganza exclusively planned and executed by Bold Marketing. We also had to engage dealers at 3 other locations in the 2 days that followed. With a strong back-end support team and experienced on ground execution partners, we once again pulled off a great event for Samsung.
Samsung J6 Mobile Launch in 12 Cities
Once again Samsung reached out to us to manage a mammoth task for them! They wanted us to conceptualize and execute 12 dealer meets across India for them in a limited time-frame of just 5 days! With a lead time of just 10 days until we kick-started the first event, our entire team spent sleepless nights at the office to ensure all the back-end work was complete.
With zone wise distribution and allocation of 4 separate teams to manage these back to back events, we pulled off a great show with barely any issues.
